At a holiday party I met a guy who knew a ton about chinese herbs. I’m very new to the subject and am always drawn toward natural remedies for all of life’s ailments. When I described a few symptoms I was experiencing he right away pointed to a product that he was familiar with and noted that it had worked wonders for him and everyone he’d suggested it to.
Since it was around the holidays, and a new year was pending, many things were stressing me out and causing me to feel a tightening sensation around my throat and chest area. He and I agreed that is was general anxiety and that the herbs would be great at addressing a solution.
Open to anything that would ease my weary mind and body, I got onto the website to learn more. After reading for just a short while I was so taken by the company, the products and specifically the Bupleurum & Dragon Bone the guy referred me to that I not only ordered two products but also drove thirty minutes to downtown LA from the beach ( where I lived ) to pick them up the very same day.
That was mid December 2009, and I have been using the chinese herbs non-stop ever since. With a name like Dragon Bone I was sure this product meant business. And it has. The owner of the company, who I met when I showed up to pick up my very first products, spoke highly of this blend, and noted that is had been extremely successful in helping smokers quit as well. “Within 10 minutes of taking a dose you will notice a calming sensation come over you, and what ever bad behavior you were tempted to do will have passed.” Now that’s powerful.
This is true – and way more. I notice a difference on days when I do not take them. When I do, life is smoother and I have more patience and overall I am in a very nice flow. I am calmer, more productive, lighthearted and happier in general on the Bupleurum & Dragon Bone. The absolute best part about it is – it is all natural, non-chemical chinese herbs. What’s not to love.
“Bupleurum & Dragon Bone is a powerfully calming anti=stress and anti-anxiety formula that is well suited for dealing with the unrelenting demands of modern life.” _ Jing Herbs

I quit cold turkey over 20 years ago. I did gain some weight initially but with careful eating and exercise it came off easily. There is a temptation to smoke when you are stressed. What helped me is to just take a couple of deep breaths instead of giving into the temptation.
