Shop - Intro to Meditation

In meditation we learn to focus our minds for a designated period of time for the purposes of relaxation, spiritual connection, clarity and other desired outcomes. The purpose and duration of daily meditations vary with each individual and throughout different days and times in our lives. Learning the basics of a meditation practice is extremely vital to living your best life and to living a life that is in balance.

Intro To Meditation is a private meditation class taught one-on-one or in small groups. We cover the basic techniques needed to master any type of meditation, breathing, energy awareness and grounding. We also cover a variety of meditation techniques, and practices based on the students needs, interests and prior experience. Intro is taught either in person or over the phone. It is the pre-requisite to Wake Up Well.

** As a special bonus participants will receive a 10, 20 and 30 minute meditation timer. **

Tancie has been a meditation practitioner for over 10 years, teaching privately to individuals and groups for the past 6 years. Her main preferred styles of mediation include mindfulness meditation, grounding meditations for energy, and intentional visual meditations for creating and attracting specific outcomes.
